How to operate this portable fridge door gasket welder ?

Step No.1 : Cut gasket to 45 degree

Notice: cut 45 degree must use special cutting tools.

Step No.2: Insert fridge door gasket to the  welding mold

Keep end-gasket be out of the mold linear 1 mm - 2 mm, two sides should be symmetrical, or else, the heating temperature will not be even, one side end-gasket which is near to the heater is burnt but another side end-gasket which is far from heater is not melt enough.

Step No.3: Heat fridge door gasket

Move heater from back-side to front-side and keep heating time 5s  -6s (different PVC material use different heating temperature) until the smoke is occurred.

Step No.4: Weld fridge door gasket

Left hand push back heater, at the same time, right hand move right-mold to the left until left-right molds touch tighten for about 5s - 6s, do not loosen hands until the gasket corner is cool enough.

Step No.5: Take out the mold cover

Take out the nold cover “A” and “B”, and the gasket corner is shown out.

Step No.6: Take out the welded fridge door gasket corner by hand.

Step No.7: re-set the welding mold

Install the welding mold cover "A" and "B", move right-mold table to the first position.

And begin the first step 1.
